Foreclosure Intervention
The Options Initiative is designed to provide Home Ownership Preservation awareness of the foreclosure crisis in minority and low income communities in Massachusetts.
Reducing foreclosure through direct provision of one-on-one foreclosure counseling services, personal financial literacy, and post-purchase and landlord tenant mediation resources will help homeowners avoid foreclosure.

Corwyn Jackson, Executive Director of O•N•E, gave Congressman Barney Frank a certificate of appreciation for his community service (picture at top), and had an opportunity to meet Governor Schwarzenegger (pictured below) at the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Training held in Sacramento, California, hosted by Neighbor Work America.
